We started Australia's first dental practice management consultancy thirty years ago. We consulted to 575 privately owned practices across every state — city, suburban and regional. In that time 99% of our clients increased their income by 100% in the first twelve months.
We then did something no consulting firm had done before. We stopped travelling and bought our own practices. Twelve of them, self-funded. We built a group that employed 300 staff, created lasting careers and earned the trust of thousands of patients across Melbourne. We sold them in 2016 at their peak.

Who we are
We are two people who have spent a lifetime inside Australian dental practices — not as observers, but as practitioners, owners, builders and transformers.
Together we founded Australia's first dental practice management consultancy thirty years ago. Over the following seventeen years we worked alongside 575 privately owned practices in every corner of the country — city, suburban and regional — and watched 99% of them double their income within the first twelve months.
We then backed ourselves in a way that no consulting firm had done before. We stopped travelling and bought our own dental practices in Melbourne. Twelve of them, self-funded — because the banks said no and we believed in what we knew. We built a group that employed 300 staff, created real and lasting opportunities for our team members and earned the trust of thousands of patients. We sold them in 2016 at their peak.
We stepped away to rest. We had earned it.
Then a phone call from a former client — a dentist we had worked with in Queensland twenty years earlier — brought us back. Reluctantly at first. But watching the changes take hold in his practice, seeing his team lift and his numbers move, reminded us of exactly why we did this work for thirty years.
We are back. Selectively and deliberately. Taking on a small number of motivated practice owners who are ready for a different way of working and living.
